Past few weeks WVO is not updating TLU or FLU, It won`t be any rejection even we don`t receive TLU. The good thing is that People who received and completed MR in May got TLU in span of 3-30 days, After may month there was a change in updating tLU by wVO, This is also because due to elections...

Yes you can expect as LVO is issuing MR and PPR very fast now a days...

I think you need to send Generic form as there was change in passport number, I am not sure on this.. But ask any senior members..
