Hi, My parents landed in 2007 stayed for 14 days after then they came in 2010 stayed from November to 2011 February then left and came back on 2012 March So do they have to file income tax return from 2007 to 2010 ? And also will they receive hst / gst for that ?

Hi, If my card gets expired and I am in Canada and studying in a College and so if I plan to go to a new college the college will ask for my pr card but it will be expired so will the landing papers work to study as a Canadian Resident ? Like what will I show to the new college ?? The landing...

After PR card gets renewed I have to stay again 2 yrs in that 5 years period ? Isnt it possible to just stay 1 yr more and apply for citizenship as I have alread 2 years in my previous 5 yrs and do they ask for the passports ever ? even for citizenship ? hope to get ur reply soon

When I apply for the PR card through postal service I just need to send the expired PR Card is that all no passport photocopies ? and as I stay extra 730 days to fulfill the 730 days obligation with my expired card and then when I apply for the PR card do you think when they give me the new PR...

We got our PR card since 2007 out of this 5 yrs i lived only 8 months and my other 3 family members lived 4 months Now the thing is we are in canada now but all 4 of our PR cards are getting expired this september 2012 and we have not met the 730 days obligation after the PR card gets expired...
