yes, based on what I read online if PNP draws happen the draws are delayed by 1 or 2 days.

I read somewhere that due to PNP draws sometimes they delay draws by a day.

I agree a glitch caused someone I know to have their application canceled. They didn't give a refund and there was no number to call either.
