Yes, I have the same issue. It says ‘Action Required’ on my account as well but nothing is asked for yet. I’m still waiting for it. I think they would send you a message requesting it and also explaining the procedure of uploading it.

That's exactly what I thought: that they're trying to slow down the process by sending half the files back which would give them more time to work on other files and send out PRs within a year. Because once you reapply it sends your file's processing time back to day 1.

True... thanks kcward7 and weegieinottawa. We're going to call now to confirm if we are really getting our application returned. I feel like crying ahh *sighs* but anyway, there's a solution and we'll try again if things go wrong.

So if we are to resubmit the application, would we have to change the forms to the new ones?! I checked they updated the checklist and few other forms. And as we applied before the update i.e Oct 6th our forms are previous ones. That's gonna be too much work.
