Yeah, Did you try Ecas? I see on other threads that October people just getting AOR.

Did you contact CIC that you haven't received your AOR 1 ? I am also sponsoring my husband but I send my application on Dec 2018.

Thank you for your reply but let me correct my question. How long will take after they transferred our application to Sri Lanka. I would like to see timeline. I see some people got PPR within five month not 12 month.
