Betina, What about if Filipino legally married (church) in the Philippines and then migrated to Canada and have their citizenship and got Divorced can either one of them re-marry in the Philippines with Filipino partner? or can they apply as a conjugal partner sponsorship? Thanks.

that's sad..but don't worry everything will be alright. We submitted our application without the medical and got our SA eventually after 20days and been forwarded to AUH VO (processing time 19months :( So now Im hoping to receive medical request from them soon. God Bless and good luck :)

My suggestion is.. if the validity of your police clearance is for 3months only might as well get another one upon request of the VO for you not to waste time and money getting it :)

On my ECAS it says Permanent Residence We received your application for permanent residence on May 29, 2013. Meaning they just received our application but they have not open it yet to start the process?

Medical validity is good for 1 year only..I guess in your situation and based on your VO processing time as what you said is very long, better to wait for the request so you dont have to waste time and money and to avoid doing the medical again..that's my opinion only :)
