sis, if you don't mind me asking, taga saan ka? my wife's family live in So. Leyte and they too don't have electricity.. balita ko by december 24 pa daw makaka ilaw sila :(

Once youv'e logged in to ecas, your current status will be displayed beside your name.. It could be "application received", "in process" or "decision made".. You need to click on the status sis to see the progress of your application..

1 week from DM, haven't received visa yet but still hopeful and optimistic that I'll have it this week ;D
