Hi dmac11, I just followed rb107f's sample email to CEM. We're both on the same agency which is CIC. As far i remember it is on page 603 of this forum. Goodluck! Hope it helps. ;)

Hi meegoreng! Kung DIY ka, via email mo marereceive PER mo and if kung under consultancy agency ka particularly CIC, there's a big chances na sa snailmail mo matatanggap after 30-40days from date of charging. ;)
