me, my child, and the father all live in same country. both my child's father and my child Canadians. i am applying for a study permit and i want my child to come with me. that's why i am asking if i can travel to Canada alone and seek the court to bring my child? i hope this is clear

The thing is that the court thinks that my reason (study in Canada) is not important and therefor no need to give me my kid passport or the permission to take my child with me.

i know people who have bachelor and still got the acceptance and got the study permit. and yes i studied math, English and science in grade 12. i was in the science section in high school, all my high school subjects were math, English and science.
