that means it is a no for me . but court at that time has given me papers to sent an application to rcmp to destroy my finger prints and pictures i was so annoyed that why stay because then i cant prove myself innocent but i have been told i am as innocent as never charged but this is bull...

what about finger prints have done your finger prints and did cic recevie result .... i was charged for domestic violence .but in may case crown took stay before trail ..and one year for stay has been passed too .. i dont know what will happen to my case it was a false allegation .

i didnt get it .. rcmp didnt release my finger prints although today 4 months has passed .. and once they will receive i dont know how long cic will take after ... but still cic is waiting for finger prints to be cleared from rcmp .. god knows what rcmp is up to

do u have any history i was once charged with a fake case which ended up as stay off proceedings ..what about you why your case is taking so long ...plz keep me updated once you received yours thanks .hope they will do it now i heard there is back log and off course rcmp is always busy with...

they like to sleep on files i have sent them finger prints 4 months before and nothing yet

hi how r u .. in same boat . the most brilliant and efficient rcmp will take minimum 102 working days means six month but not guaranteed the result even ..to just get one email letter they need at least 120 days lolz .. i sent my finger prints on 26 oct .. still waiting ... trust me i am...

thanks that is what i am thinking off by the way crown has given me a letter a year back that they stayed off proceedings and they gave me a green sheet that i had to fill and send it rcmp so that my finger prints should be destroyed but it seems not working yet i called otherday to crown they...

good after noon i want all senior memebers to share there knowledge .here is my situation i was falsely charged with domestic violence . and was charged with 266c which is summary offence i then fought that case and crown offered me different deals which i refused and seek trail instead before...
