Just curious how they are losing our packages. We are spending a good amount of time to fill the application and gather documents as well as paying fess. Seems some of the people there are highly unprofessional...We cant do anything to it.

At this point only option left is to resend your application...though they wont take responsibility for your time loss and speed up your new application...sad and frustating

I am on the same boat as u. actually they opened your application package on 10 September and sent AOR on the same day. I got my AOR on 30 September (eCAS showed an update on my application "In Process" on 6 September).

Somebody noted on Feb 2013 thread, the disappearance of "received" line might be related to file transfer.

May be that makes no sense in terms of any indication of file being transferred to local office. since they started processing my application on sep 6.

I havent got AOR. when i called CIC the agent told me they dispatched AOR on Sep 6. so i am hoping to get it by end of this month.
