So I got a passport request today. I think this was really fast. Took 6 months from the date paper application was submitted (4 months and 12 days from AOR). So amazingly fast.

I applied from Nigeria and I really don't know the Visa Office. Looks like it's the London office from the RPRF letter.

I got an update of "Medical Passed" about 3 weeks ago. So still waiting

Yes I am paper based. Got the MPNP nomination in OCtober 2016. I applied to CIC from oversea (guess that's what is called outland)

I got my MR 1month and 2 days after AOR

You can only link your application online after AOR. This is simply because you need the application number and the UCI to link your application online. You can only get the application number after AOR

Yes pal. I got the medical request on 20th Feb and I also got the request for payment of RPRF on the same date. Mt medical is updated as passed. I hope this information helps?

Yes my application was paper based. I paid with a credit card online and was charged immediately before posting my application to Nova Scotia. I printed out the payment receipt and included it in the application package.
