Thanks for the reply. But I wonder how come your Masters Degree was assessed equivalent to Bachelors Degree? Was it because your Masters degree was not in a continuation of your your previous degree and in a different field than your bachelors?

I believe signature is not needed. IQAS mentions that the Envelope needs to be sealed and stamped on the closing flap by the issuing authority. However, I think its better if the envelope has your university's address printed on it, like an official envelope.

That is very strange. Well, my wife has done BSc Honors(3 Years) and MBA(1 Year) from LSE. However the university has mentioned on the IQAS documents request form that the MBA is equivalent to a 2 Years Degree Program. So that makes 17 years of education. I am not sure how will this be assessed...
