Bro, you have to make them agree for common email reply, only that will work. WES is very strict. My institute received email on registrar@xyz and replied from asst.registrar@xyz & wes refused and again email was sent from registrar@xyz which was accepted.

Some institutes ask WES to pay for re-verification and WES forwards the same to applicant as they don't want to pay any fee. right but the mail which i received from WES for VDR is already having this image file of 1@ .

It bounces back after 24 hrs and usually goes to spam, try by sending a blank one from your own mail id. i did the same.
