Linking MyCIC account to PR application

We ended up linking it just by inputting the city and country of birth, not the passport info. Anyway I remember that while filling out the form for the application on the computer, it didn't allow us to put an issuing country different to the country of nationality, that's why we had to put...

Linking MyCIC account to PR application

Are you the PA? You should be using the PA's UCI. Also, other suggested, which is a good point, put in either passport details or city & country of birth, not both.

Linking MyCIC account to PR application

Well the thing is it's not something you can change. They should update the status. If you're applying for a spousal sponsorship, I'd imagine that the marital status tagged to your UCI should be updated, but like I said it's not something we can change unless we come across it by chance for...

Linking MyCIC account to PR application

Question, if in fact it is still showing Single, would that create an issue/delay in the processing of the PR visa? After all we did send a spousal application with a marriage certificate.
