U need to upload the stuff online if they have givn u the option. Also email them the same qouting ur file number and the date u got the doc request. Send them the nikkah nama which u signed and an english version of it.. not the nadra certificate.

I think the only time u can upload anything on mycic is when lvo asks u to. if LvO has asked u to then u can check ur mycic if it has any space to upload the police certificate as well. You will have to check. :)
