When you submit the application BG will be NA which is NA1. Nowadays the trend for PNP has been IP1 couple of days before the medical is passed. And after medical is passed if no additional document request is made by CIC, BG status changes to NA which is NA2 on the same day medical is passed or...

Chente generally check with the clinic where you got the Medicals done. I read in one of the posts that an applicant was able to check if any additional tests or re-submission from clinic to CIC were required. You might get some information on medicals
