I mean the last applicant who received AOR , was an apllicant whose application was delivered to ns immigrations office at the end of May 2015

According to nsnp 2015 spread sheet , the last applicant who got AOR , is the one with maximum May 2015 received date . Now my question is , is it allright to send applicatio for ee demand ? Since my application is ready and I am doubtful to send it or not , dear experts please reply as always...
