many peoples said me that you can carry 2 cartoons i.e 20 packets of cigarates .. but as i have seen on canadian website .. it is listed that you can carry 200 cigrates which means only 1 cartoon i.e 10 packets .. so thats why i m getting a little much confused .. as i have taught by many...

punisher can you plz tell me the weight limit of luggage .. i m a little bit confused as i have been taught by many people that as a studdent travelling first time to canada will be allowed a luggage of 46 kg ( 23 kg per bag) .. and if it's so then will there be an option of hand carry excluding...
