Can you get an explanatory letter from a brazilian embassy/consulate in Canada which certifies/or can state that the one you're sending is an original copy.

Hello friends I read somewhere that PCC taken before 6 months of submission won't be accepted. However, my PCC from India is valid for an year. Does this 6 months rule apply to RCMP PCC or home country one..? Appreciate the assistance. Thanks
