Yea you are absolutely right jai,, But here in my city agents have just raised their rates very much some of them like high named agencies say as wiwics they charge even more ,, so i said i felt it seamed reasonable as compared to them ,, but for me wasnt good deal so i tried applying for myself...

I have applied on my own,, but before that i asked the consultants they had diffrent charges,, One of them who seamed a bit reasonable demanded 1.2 lac,,(3 instalments of 40 each) My friend applied through the same and i just took guidence from her and internet ,,
