CIC is working faster than before nowadays :) My passport was delivered on November 4 and I received it today with the stamp. So, around 2 weeks. If everything goes smoothly you will probably receive your passport in the 1st week of December ;) Good luck...

Just got my Passport & Copr :) I called CIC Call center to make an appointment at the nearest CIC office for landing but due to high volume of calls they didn't let me talk to an agent. I will call tomorrow again.
