i have a very strong feeling that they are going to screw us big times if we relocate to Toronto without a Super Strong evidence that we couldn't survive in Quebec. Are you allowed to have 3 passports? If Canadians or Italians know that you hold 3 citizenships this might create an issue... unless you don't consider the Lebanese passport as it's useless anyway haha : ) let me know your thoughts!

For CAIPS/GCMS ordering, how many consent forms do I need to submit given that we are only 2 people in my file - myself & my spouse. Already in their consent form i give information about my spouse; should i submit separate form for her as well or 1 form is okay?

We received your application for permanent residence on November 4, 2013. We started processing your application on May 18, 2014. Medical results have been received. (August 1) I sent all my police certificates on January 15, 2014... I lived in 4 countries and my wife in 3!!
