    I submitted my application on 10th feb’18 and medi cleared on 20th feb’18. Still I’m waiting for RPRF mail as I dint pay it upfront. Is my case is normal? Because, I can see many applicants are receiving their RPRF request within 1 or 2 months. I’m waiting for almost 4 months.
