It is still confusing to me. In question 9 they ask to add all three years income, but in Q,8 why is it only recent year income.

According to Immigration guide your family members are spouse and dependent children whether they accompany you to Canada or not. So I guess in your case your total family members would be 5. I recommend you to call cic agent before you send in an application.

The LOC chart includes the 30%, So you use it as is. for eg, for family of 3 (Q#8) minimum necessary income= 133,382.00 you write the sum of all 3 years for (Q#9) which should be more than what is entered in (Q#8) Please correct me if I am wrong here.
