I never get NER, I got an explaination letter about the missing documents and I just rectify the missing and sent the whole file and PER afterwards, All the best brother.

I believe it was about 3 months but that was the first time where I applied before 26 June. The second time was post June and I received back my returned application in two weeks time. Which NOC you applied???

No worries Wicky, my file was returned twice and I learned from that a lot, You need to check the rejection letter and work out the documents that are missing or incomplete, my first application was returned because I kept blank space in areas where I should write: N/A or NONE, the second time...

You need to print out the Immigration checklist, highlight the transcripts requirments and ask your college for transcripts, I hope this will work, that's what I did a least. Good Luck
