As already answered to you, you can apply directly after wedding however you need to have marriage certificate which takes around 2-3 months to get (at least in Ontario). You can only apply with valid marriage certificate otherwise your application will not be accepted.

Application in process. No progress till now except that I got directly email from Amman office to provide police certificate which I have already provided earlier. This shows that they have a mess but at least I know they started checking my application. Anyway, waiting patiently, only 4 months...

We need to wait and see for next steps. I am not in rush. I am travelling to Canada next week to see my wife. PR can wait as I can go to CA with my passport and stay there for 6 months anyways.

Can't properly answer your question. I didn't check at that time what ecas says. I submitted pcc thru web form and only after that I linked my application to my account. Now I can only see in detailed status that application is in progress and we will inform you when we need... etc. And this is...
