that's really not normal at all...i think you should contact your local MP and have them looked into this as well... from this forum it seems MPs have their own channel of communication with CIC try emailing CPC ottawa directly...at the very least your medicals should have been updated don't...

It should be fine. Just notify them as soon as you get your new passport - email CPC Ottawa as well as send a CSE. Keep detailed records of your communications. When you get PPR, print out the email/CSE that you sent them updating them for their reference/so they can look it up and send your new...

tracker activated but no delivery standard or expected date showing up

send them an email on the same email address that you got PPR from and then call them as well for your own peace of mind

I was checking MyCIC like crazy. But I did get an email update afterwards too

not a professional photographer...a commercial one..yes you can go to a drugstore or fedex...just make sure they follow the specifications..they usually know what to do

just check mycic details says approved on home page however when I click it to go to next screen it says application status : open I have been seeing people having approved and closed but no mention of approved and open...any ideas?

congratulations! that's amazing! mine also arrived on 2nd October but my status is still open. Really still holding on to hope that I will have it back by tomorrow (I am in ottawa so hopefully the day the tracker is activated is the day i get it). Has your tracker been activated vancitychris?
