Not necessarily. Our app was forwarded to Manila vo eventhough my wife hasn't gone through yet with for her medical.

Just got an email from CIC that our app is now forwarded to Manila visa office. We now need to get my wife's medical done and over with.

I reported it after office hours and then I got a message on gckey the next day.

Yes and then a few minutes later we receive another email for the medical request

Sorry about the confusion. Yes, it's reporting an issue where you fill in your name, email, etc. and adding notes regarding the issue of "Action is required" on the Details column.

You'll see a button when you login on GCKEY. I believe close to the logout button

Try emailing them. That's what I did yesterday and then I got a medical request this morning. Too lazy to call.

Same thing happened to me. I just emailed them using report technical issue yesterday and then this morning I got a request for my wife's medical.
