    Yes! Usually takes 7-10 [business] days before they submit it to CIC (other clinics are faster). My husband (PA) had his medical last Oct. 29th and results haven’t been submitted yet too. :( Hope we receive the OWP document in the mail soon!!

    I KNOOOOW! Lol. In Ontario, OWP holders can apply for SIN but to be eligible for OHIP, you need to show them a letter from employer saying they’re hiring you for more than 6mos or show AIP.

    I think it's in the BG Check stage. I personally consider the "final" stage to be waiting for a landing appointment. They said BG Check is the one that takes more time to complete.     Usually, you get OWP before Medical Request. However, for some of us July applicants, it seems OWP has no progress and was overtaken by Medical Request for PR. :(

    You have to call them and have that corrected. Your 8-yr old girl is not in the application, since she's excluded in AOR and even medical request! Have that corrected now or else you'll all be PRs except her!

    Us. My husband’s still waiting for any updates in his OWP but already completed MR yesterday for PR. My husband’s 6mos will be up by end of November so we don’t know whether to apply for extension or what. Ugh :(
