This is a stupid question, but do I submit the sponsorship application first, wait for a response, and THEN submit the sponsor's application? Or can I submit everything at once? I am pretty sure I'm eligible to be a sponsor, but don't want to hold proceedings up by getting it wrong. Thanks!!
