Hi pksai, It has happened to a few people... Nothing to worry about, it's just that for most humans, urine may come with some cells/puss cells and hence they ask to give the sample again! It's just if u r not I'll, ur urine tests will go okay after second sampling.... Good luck

U made me more worried as yes it mentions the date I am residing at that place from (as I got married and I have a new address in the same city) but it doesn't mention the validity r dates as such. PSK at least takes more than 20-25 days, personal experience!
