Do you already have AIP or sponsor approval?

I cant get mine to work either so I phoned CIC and the agent said that because my application has not reached first stage approval yet that I should be using my information (the sponsor) not my fiancés information (the applicant). I tried both ways anyways and still nothing.

I am an April 2015 applicant and I believe we are being processed in Vegreville and have heard nothing.

Just phoned and the agent couldn't tell me if anything was received or attached to our file or anything. She said she will only look into it if it goes over the normal processing times. :(

I have had the same experience with the case specific enquiry, no response what so ever. I am going to phone cic today and see what they say.

Yes I am going to do that as well. My main concern is that I did not receive a confirmation email from the webform as I usually do.

The police clearance isn't sealed and isn't on any special paper or anything so send it via web form as I was worried about the pending postal strike.

I used the IRCC web form this morning to submit my fiancés police certificate and I did not receive a confirmation email as I have in the past. Should I be concerned? It looks like they update the form so maybe they don't do that anymore?
