Benni There are a different set of forms for Outland that have to be completed with their own instructions on the CIC website. You cannot use an Inland form to file for Outland PR.

I am certain it is much better to apply outland if you want faster processing and the freedom to leave Canada and return during the that time.

Your medical results are transferred directly to CIC under the new system.The medical office where you had your exam will give you a form with a bar code which is submitted with you application. The FBI clearances can be sent to you in Canada, there is no need to wait in the USA for them.
