MashAllah.. congratulations.. there was almost a 12 month wait between re-med and PPR.. that's a long time.. usually it's 2-3 months.. what was the reason of that.. any idea?

umme hani - yes mine was the same criminality/security/eligibility - not started and meds in process - however in the notes it did say that send remed once forms and received and send PHEP once med is cleared.. so maybe I'll be getting medical first and then PPR.. let's see.. just hope they will...

heybuddy - have you considered applying for a visit visa? this way she could come for six months and take care of your mom - there is a forum thread for visit visas it is helpful - you should read that if you decide to do it
