Dear dskairon I did not hear any good news for NDVO pre-june applicant. There are so many applicant with process date without MR.

Minhas82 very very Thanks. Your Information is correct. I am only finding out the reason why did they not send any MR for pre-june 2010. My guess is that NDVO calculate stock and after this they will decide visa quota for pre-june applicant. This is my guess only.

I think you are right. They will complete process all pre-june 2010 applications and remove all backlogs.

NDVO has 8000 visa quota this year. First Priority goes to 2011 applicant and second 2010 and at last balance visa quota use for pre june 2010. If They do not issue any MR for pre june 2010 so i think quota for pre-june is finished. OR they may be issue some MR in may or june otherwise in july.

You are absolutely right this is news only indicate new application submission. I think about the quota of application and priority. this means if they are accepting new files. so this stock will also add in 2011 quota and which will decrease the number visa for pre june 2010 applicant.

I think you have an arranged employment. otherwise you cant get your MR before 30 june 2012 and this is specify here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

Is quota of medical is finished in NDVO.

I am not sure but i think, when we check the status on ecas with file number issued by VO. Some application receive this file number from canada so the history save in database, but some file receive this number after apply in the local VO. This is my opinion.
