No passport request for this week yet? I find myself with hope at the start of each new week then disappointed as the week closes out with no PPR. It's my hope that this waiting game ends soon.

I hope to get passport request this week. Call centre agent just told me that all verification checks have been completed. MP also told me 2.5 weeks ago that I should hear from CIC by the end of this week.

I am anxiously awaiting passport request. Last week CIC told my MP that my file should be finished processing in 3 weeks. Has anyone else gotten in touch with their MP? I'm a Sept 29th applicant.

I had given a call to my MP office earlier this week to ask if they can inquire about the status of my application. His secretary just called me back to say she got word on my file from CIC that my PR should be finalized in 3 weeks. I hope this is actually true. Fingers crossed.
