Thanks ! Yes and I gave her SIN number to avoid this Option C prinout. I don't know why one specific officer is asking everyone for option C printout, Doesn't make sense when we gave consent to use our SIN. Officer is ZKA.

I sent mine using Canada Post. No issues getting it delivered. My application status shows "Application Received".

you should have the UCI, Check your landing papers for PR . citizenship certificate also has your UCI, If not just give them your name. BTW, I checked the status of my application using the CIC online tool, and now it is showing "Application Received on May 16th". Give that a shot as well.

You are welcome! It is IRCC Call Centre. Just give them your UCI and they can look for your docs. Ask them to confirm if your application is complete? Beyond that it is just a waiting game.

Call 1-888-242-2100. Call early in the morning, otherwise you won't be able to talk to an agent.I called at 6:30 am and was able to connect to an agent at around 7:20 am. They should be able to confirm the receipt and the current status of your application. GOOD LUCK

Hi! My docs were delivered on May 16th. Still haven't heard back from IRCC. I called them today and they confirmed that my application is in queue. So, it is just waiting game. So, don't panic. They don't have a set criteria for processing the applications. It is just random.

So I guess, most of us who are still waiting from May 11-May 16 period might have something missing on the applications thats why we haven't heard back from them. So, I am also expecting a letter from CIC in coming days...

Phew! thanks for making me feel better. My parents have SuperVisa as well.I didn't fill their UCI on application. I was panicking. I tried my UCI and I still don't get any result.... I guess someone forgot to pickup the pile from May 11-May 16 :)
