Send the VO an email requesting back your document stating that they are the original and you will receive a reply from them asking for a return address. They will not keep your originals. Good luck

Send a case specific inquiry or an email. They must be having backlog in that VO. You can also order GCMS notes as well. It will give you a better look on what is going on with your file. Good Luck.

You want make a case specific inquiry on CIC website so that you are sure everything is okay and as well contact the call center. Hopefully you get a proper answer and know that medicals are good for 12 months. ;D

Was the re medical requested by your VO or you just did it because it was expired? Usually if it is requested by VO then they are close to the end of your processing and you should hear from them soon.

Timeline is the detail of the application: Date applied AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) date date of transfer to VO, Your VO(Visa Office) Date of medicals Date of additional Doc request. Just like you can on the left side of my profile.

Hi Raz,the VO will contact you for re-medical if they wish or it may be extended. Your can order the GCMS notes to know exactly where they are and hiw far they have gone with your file. Hope this helps.
