Hi Guys, As I understand, CIC accepts only 8,000 new applications under CEC for the duration May 2014 to April 2015. There are some rumors going that the cap of 8,000 has been reached. At the same time, the lowest-ranked candidate invited for EE got 886 points, which basically is 886-600=286...
