Some file numbers start with an F other start with a B. I think the only difference is that one is the electronic file number. Mine was an F too so don't worry.

i dont think u have anything to worry about, when i applied for my husband i had only been working for a month and nothing for yrs before that, and i got approved as the sponser with no problem. so u'll probably be ok.
