Hope your guess is right. Over the weekend, they processed those applications who received the ready for visa email on 12th March. I received that email on 13th March. But my passport got delivered to them on 18th March. Keeping fingers crossed.

How are you able to determine that they are processing according to the date 'Ready for Visa' emails were sent?

Any status change, return tracker activated for those whose passports reached CPCO after 13th March? Slowness is understandable but this is really very slow. Hope work hasnt stopped over there. Two of my friends had sent passport in last week of Feb and received it back by first week of March.

I know someone who sent passport on March 11th and got delivered to CPCO on March 13th, got their passports back.

Did anyone whose passport was delivered to CPC-O on 16th March (Monday) or afterwards, receive it back? Or any change in application status or return tracker activated?

Guys, I am in the same boat. My passport reached them on 18th March. All I know is that Fedex tracking shows that it was delivered on that date. There has been no change in the application status. I don't want to overwhelm CPCO but do you think its a good idea to contact them to at least know if...

I know we cannot fly but possession of passport is extremely important in a foreign land.

Did anyone receive their passport? Or application approved? Understand things are slow but they should send back our passports with highest priority. They shouldn't be sending PPR unless they clear the backlog.

From what I heard, they got work from home orders on 13th. So starting 16th March, they might be approving cases using remote access from home, but I don't think they can send the passports, because the visa stamping machines are in offices. All this is word of mouth news and nothing official.

I dont really think they are processing the request exactly by date. My own relative got approved on 10th March and received back the passports on 17th March. She sent it from US to CPC-O

I sent my passport from US and it got delivered to CPC-O on March 18. No updates yet.

They have our passports. I assume that's a critical function to process and send it back to us.
