hi luis. Thank you! My lawyer received it thru snail mail, with a cover letter attached to it stating the reason why was it returned. It was said that our cap was closed on the first week of December according to other forum members. Hopefully you will receive a good news soon!!!! Sama kita sa...

hi casayed, I dont know when did they receive my packet back. The mailing address of my application is my lawyer's address. maybe they only just got it back and I was informed about it last night. bereth

hey guys, My lawyer got my packet back. The letter from CIC was dated 13 February 2012. It was returned due to cap reached :( Just hoping NOC 3113 will be on the July 2012 list. Good luck to the rest of you!!! I wish you all receive your PER!!! bereth
