General Question. I was reading on other forums that if you're dealing with a Consulate office that is outside of Canada, you cannot pay the RPRF online. Is that true or false? Upon being requested to pay for it, I did so online about 6 weeks ago. Or am I being antsy for nothing :D thanks.

Great advice. The key thing is to organize what you currently have. Be it skype logs, email, call logs and even phone card purchases.
