Yes that's a lot of stuff missing. If it was me I'd just re-send another full/complete application ASAP. Odds are the first one will get returned.

You have to show "Proof of residence - where I lived the past 4 years." too? I thought it was just to list where we lived, but not have to prove it.

I think the current check list is messed up. It should have included a check box for employment records too. So yes, it's very confusing.

I think they just mentioned "records" so I gave them my "Record of Employment" from my last employer, and "Confirmation of Employment" from my current employer, both of which state start date and end date (which is "currently working" for...

Hi All, I submitted my application today, however I just realized that I left the child education section blank instead of putting N/A (have no children), and question 11 blank (since I did the app myself). Would it be returned back for that? Thanks
