Ok can anyone please 100percent confirm that, because in the canada ca website, which i had checked some time ago and as far i could remember, it did mention benefits along with designations, salary, working hours and so on. So hence I assumed benefits is mandatory.

Yes Iam guessing I would have to enroll in college, and do some courses. My main concern was would those courses be worth it, in terms of getting jobs and all. I dont want to be umemployed or do survival jobs for rest of my life in canada, thats all.
