Hi there, Sorry , I couldnt help with the questions about the form because at the time i applied for BCPNP ( Oct 2013) they havent changed the form However, what I quite sure is you dont have to give any documents which arent mentioned in the checklist. Cheers

I am in same situation, so it isnt unusual thing. They are working on NOv applicants now, so u have to wait at least two more months for yr application change to " in process" Cheers

You need to print the email they sent to u along with the requested documents. Actually, they did mention it in the email if u read it carefully( a part before the address they ask u to send yr documents to) Cheers

you don't have to worry about it. they are not gonna refuse your file just because of that mistake. I got nomination even I filled it wrong cheers

oh well, you have to click on " application received" to see if your medical have been received yet . I did my medical on April 1st and it has been received already a week ago cheers,

after u get file number, it just takes a month to get a decision( in my case ) . but of course , you never know until u have it cheers
