No I did not. They just asked for my address history from 2007 to date.

Schedule A requested yesterday February 16. Schedule A transmitted today February 17. AOR - January 14 Medicals passed Feb 9 Documents - Provided BGC- Not Started. Guys why do they ask for Schedule A again when we already filled it while applying for PR? Strange

The only document I was asked for was the imm5475 form..basically my representative's details.

My AOR was January 14. Medical still hasn't read "passed". Sigh...

Just uploaded and submitted the IMM5475 form that IRCC asked me for earlier today and my "review of documents" section changed to "Provided". Background Check also changed from "Not Needed At This Time" to "Not Started". AOR - January 14

Guys I just got a message now.  Release of Information IMM5475: A signed and completed Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual form (IMM5475) bearing original signatures. What does this mean? AOR - January 14

I called them and they told me my results were uploaded for IRCC on the 9th.

AOR - January 14 Did my medicals on January 6, hospital uploaded January 9. No movement in any status. Harrowing wait.
