I'm on 3 forums (two french-speaker and here) so I can compare. You said CIC cleared 312,000 applications but how many are EE or outside application? Plus many people don't love forum because it's stressful for them :)

Thank you for your help T-hEMK! I think I'll wait until friday. If I've got my PPR, I'll send it with my passeport request. If I don't, I'll send my file by IRCC form. If I don't have my PR before July 13th it'll be a mess anyway, so wait any longer or not won't change anything in this case.

Is it the same thing even if my fiancé is Canadian? because when I check on permanent residency file (IMM5409), it says: "This form must be completed and signed by the sponsor and common-law partner, only if the latter is a co-signer on the application" which is not the case here.

I think you're right. It's the only explanation even if it isn't fair for all of us. This can also explain why most of PPR has given between 3rd and 13th day of month.

You can try to link both if them, but it may be possible that it's not working. ECAS: go to ECAS and enter your IUC, family name and country. GCKey: you need to create an account. After that, go to "link my application" and enter your informations. Many of candidates have trouble to do it, so...
