I got a response from them "Please note that the application E****** was not processed at the Case Processing Center – Ottawa (CPC-O). Please use the IRCC web form to submit your inquiry." I guess my file was never at Ottawa.

I agree! I got to know that about 3 weeks back some people who are resident in Nigeria received PPR and were asked to send passport to india. However, they just submitted at VFS in Nigeria. Go figure!

Are you Indian Nationality/Residence? If so, your LVO is most likely NDVO and you should try emailing them

Truly Happy for all those who got PPR this week. As for me, I think I've done all I can for now . I'll wait till the 27th to raise another webform/CSE as to why I'm yet to get PPR mail even though my case is approved and I've crossed the standard processing time @tobs what say you?

@tobs I'm tempted to mail NDVO :p. I'd always imagined getting PPR with my fellow ark members but seems NDVO came to their rescue. We may have to wait for CIO Sydney for our mails, unfortunately. P.S ignore the CSE reply. I have a feeling u got that reply cos you are still within the 6 months...

Alright then. Frankly now I'm considering mailing the dreaded AVO but heard they usually respond in a month and since I have faith my PPR Will come before then so I'm still holding on. I just want to make sure I've tried every avenue possible to speed up things. I'm not very good at waiting and...

Finally called CIC, agent was nice but information didn't help. Asked if i'd received any mail. Confirmed my application is at CIO Sydney. Said my background check was completed and just final decision remaining and I should get a mail soon. Didn't bother telling him I already know final...

Please stop wondering send NDVO an email asap. At least that's what I would have done if my LVO was NDVO
